Refund policy

This is the Return Policy for the Little Red General Store. It is a part of our Terms of Service. Should this policy conflict with our Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevail.

  • This Standard Return Policy applies to all products unless amendment by the product details page of an item. Contact us using our publicly posted contact information or webform available here: Contact the Little Red General Store.
  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the carrier marking the package as delivered. 
  • You may initiate a return on your own by visiting my.littleredgeneralstore.com or by contacting us.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be refused, returned to you at your expense, or donated to charity.
  • If we approve your return, within 5 days of the approval, you must either deliver the item(s) to us or place the item(s) with USPS, UPS, Fedex, or DHL and provide us tracking details.  
  • We do not accept returns on items marked 'Sales Final,' 'Sale,' 'Closeout,' or 'Compensated Listing,' gift cards, services which have been rendered, personalized or customized items, or items which have been discontinued.
  • Exchanges are only approved in cases where the wrong item was sent. You must provide an unboxing video showing the unopened package being opened and the wrong product revealed.

  • All other returns are considered courtesy returns and are subject to approval. Refunds issued to a gift card/certificate are not charged a restocking fee. Refunds issued to the original payment method are charged a 20% restocking fee. To be eligible for a Courtesy Return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need access to the account used to place the order. You will be responsible for the arrangement of and payment for return shipping and will retain liability for its condition until received at our facility.
    • Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will initiate the refund within 3 business days of the approval. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 
    • Abuse: We utilize technology and human skills to identify accounts, shipping addresses, billing addresses, payment methods, and user behaviors that exhibit signs of abuse of this returns policy and we reserve the right to refuse returns of orders connected to these identifications without proof or justification and the right to prohibit access to our websites, platforms, communication systems, and any/all physical and digital storefronts we operate based on these identifications without proof or justification.
    • Data: By initiating a return or interacting with our returns email address in any other way, to the extent allowed by law, you grant us license to use such data generated by these interactions for the purpose of identifying and preventing fraud and abuse and, furthermore, for us to share such data with companies and persons with whom we partner for the purpose of identifying and preventing fraud and abuse.
