Shipping policy

This is the Shipping Policy for the Little Red General Store. It is a part of our Terms of Service. Should this policy conflict with our Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevail.
- This policy does not apply to products marked as 'Compensated Listings.'
- Orders received Sunday through Friday, excluding the day before a holiday, are processed within 24 hours.
- Orders received on Saturday may be processed same-day or the following Monday.
- Orders received the day before a holiday may be processed same-day or by the second business day following the holiday.
- Should you need faster order processing, please contact us.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the order details entered.
- Shipping is discounted according to cart subtotal:
- Orders of $50+ save up to $5 off of shipping charges.
- Orders of $100+ save up to $10 off of shipping charges.
- Orders of $150+ save up to $15 off of shipping charges.
- Orders of $200+ save up to $20 off of shipping charges.
- Orders of $250+ save up to $25 off of shipping charges.
- Orders of $300+ save up to $30 off of shipping charges.
- Orders of $350+ save up to $35 off of shipping charges.
- Orders of $400+ save up to $40 off of shipping charges.
- Orders of $450+ save up to $45 off of shipping charges.
- Orders of $500+ save up to $50 off of shipping charges.
- Orders of $1,000+ save up to $100 off of shipping charges.
- Note: Should any of the above shipping discounts exceed the shipping charges for your order, you will receive free shipping in lieu of the full discount.
- We only ship to the United States.
- Buyers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands should contact us placing your order.
- Local pickup may be available for some orders -- please contact us prior to placing your order.
- You may cancel your order any time before we process it. Once the order has been processed, you may be required to receive the item and process a return.
- Once processed, most products are dispatched within 24 hours, but some items, especially customized or made-to-order items, may take additional time to ship. If you require an item to arrive by a specific date, you must contact us prior to placing your order.
- Items may be dispatched from warehouses located in areas which have a history of tornadoes, hurricanes, derechos, cyclones, blizzards, earthquakes, power outages, military or police action, protest, civil unrest, fire, lightning, wind, floods, pandemic, and volcanic eruption; response, processing, and shipping timeframes may affected by such events. We will do our best to communicate such delays if any arise.

- Take pictures of the unmoved and unopened package where it was left. Images with evidence of AI or human alterations or generations will be rejected.

Missing or Damaged Packages without 'GUARANTEED ARRIVAL'
- To the extent allowable by law, we are not responsible for a package's handling or safe arrival once a carrier has provided a shipping tracking number and recorded acceptance of the package. Should your package be missing or damaged, we will facilitate the claims process between you and the carrier and/or the merchant to the extent we deem reasonable. We may, but are not obligated to, provide courtesy compensation for missing or damaged packages in certain instances.
