Location
- Remote, Work-from-home, Work-from-anywhere.
- Open to residents of the US Mainland (lower 48 + DC).
Responsibilities
- As a contract Independent Sales Affiliate, you will promote and sell our products and services through any marketing and sales channels you are comfortable using.
- You will be responsible for creating and implementing your own sales and marketing strategies and building relationships with customers throughout the United States Mainland (lower 48 + DC).
- You will select the products and/or services from our catalog which you will promote and will obtain and maintain expert-level knowledge about those products.
- You will accurately represent our products, services, and policies.
- You will maintain complete and detailed records and regularly report your sales and promotion activities to your project manager.
- You will assume full responsibility for compliance with FTC regulations, Washington Revised Codes, the laws of each jurisdiction from which you perform your work, and the laws of each jurisdiction in which you communicate with current or prospective customers.
- You will represent yourself as an Independent Sales Affiliate and not as an employee of our company.
- You will NOT be expected to purchase any uniforms, inventory, or other products or services.
Schedule
- We expect you to work at the times, on the days, and from the places you feel you will be most productive -- we do not track or manage your time or require you to report to a central office.
- The only limitations are that you may not work from any country in which you are not authorized to work or which has a "Level 3" or higher travel advisory from the US State Department.
Travel
- You may choice to perform your work in such a way that includes travel, but we do not require you to travel, have a driver's license, or have reliable transportation.
Structure
- Your job title will be Independent Sales Affiliate.
- You will report to the Affiliate Project Manager for job performance and Sales Operations Manager for job administration.
Quotas
- Failure to complete a sale in any 30-day timeframe may result in termination with the opportunity to reapply.
Pay
- This is a 1099 contract job.
- This is a commission-only job.
- Commissions start at 5% each month and ramp up to 6% depending on performance.
- Earnings are posted 15 days following the completion of a sale and payouts are processed within 0-10 days of requesting a payout, depending on the payment method you select.
Bonuses
- When you refer another Independent Sales Affiliate, you receive a bonus of 10% of their earnings for as long as you both remain a part of the company.
Pay Cap
- There is no limit to your commissions or bonuses.
- Realistically, we expect an experienced salesperson of average skill and talent to earn around $4,000 - $4,800 per month.

Equity Plan
- You may invest up to 50% of your earnings into shares of equity, giving you both a piece of the company's profits and a voice in how the company is managed.
Requirements
- The minimum age for applicants is 18 (except Alabama and Nebraska, where it is 19, and Indiana, Mississippi, and New York, where it is 21).
- Valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID.
- Proof of residency in the United State Mainland.
- Proof of US Citizenship or work authorization.
- You must be able to comprehend instructions written in English, including complex laws and regulations.
- You must have access to a reliable form of communication (calls, emails, texts, faxes, mail, etc.)
- You must understand your federal, state, and other jurisdictional obligations as an independent contractor.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience as an independent contractor or self-employed worker.
- Experience in a commission-only sales position.
- Prior success in sales, either traditional or digital, especially in the areas of grocery, jewelry, apparel, housewares, beauty, tools, computers/electronics, or hunting equipment.
- Fluency in a language other than English.
