by Ludwig Pagels (Editor), Paul M. Fleury (Editor), J. F. Mazas (Author)
Mazas is one of the most prolific violinists ever to come out of the Paris Conservatory. This particular violo transcription of his Op. 30 etudes is very clean. Reprinted from August Cranz edition of around 1880 this exceptionally clean volume I has been re-issued by Edition Fleury 2013. A must have for any violist to study. 54pps. Blank staff paper and note paper for annotations in the back of the book.
