Peachie and Henri are sibling orphans from a small town outside of France. As they traveled West, they lost their mother and father. A kind Samaritan brought them to a town in a northern part of the New Mexico Territory. The two children are now living at the local inn and are being raised by the town. Each book in the series depicts their adventures in the Old West.
