The Aji Benito pepper have medium sized, pendant shaped red-ripening pods. They grow 1-2 inches long and have thick flesh with a fruity sweetness, combined with mild to medium heat. Very crisp and crunchy texture. Very prolific producing plants that produce an abundance of peppers. Originally from Bolivia.
