Allegra Adult Non-Drowsy 12 Hour is an over-the-counter antihistamine designed to temporarily relieve common allergy symptoms. Each tablet contains 60 mg of fexofenadine hydrochloride, an antihistamine that helps relieve sneezing, runny nose, itchy nose or throat, and itchy or watery eyes. Its effect lasts for up to 12 hours. Fexofenadine is designed to remain outside the blood-brain barrier, providing allergy relief without drowsiness.
