Sheriff Cole Mitchell arrives in Thorn County, Illinois to find seven missing persons and a string of mutilated bodies the previous sheriff failed to investigate.
Then a garbage worker is dragged screaming into a cornfield in broad daylight.
Forced to call the FBI, Cole teams with Special Agents Nicole Beretti, Noah Jacobi, and newcomer Agent Riley Brooks who uncover a disturbing secret buried deep in the rural county.
For years, a former resident fed what she believed were harmless Sasquatch living near her property.
Then new tenants moved in.
Gunfire replaced food.
And now a vengeful apex predator that once trusted humans has learned to hate them... and hunt them.
