Ardell Brow Tint is a water activated, permanent dye that effectively covers all hair including short, grey and light hair. Simply mix the powder color with the water based activator, apply, wait and wipe off for perfectly defined arches. Brow tinting is one of the most low-maintenance ways to make brows appear fuller and more prominent without makeup or the time and expense of microblading.
