Author Biography
Ani Manzanas (Ana Jimenez) grew up in Spain and has been drawing since she could hold a pencil. After studying Fine Arts and briefly wondering what on earth to do with her life, she had an epiphany: illustration was the answer. She moved to the English countryside to learn the language, collect stories, and work on her first illustrations in between muddy walks and cups of tea. Her work is inspired by nature, folklore and the quiet magic of everyday life. A certified diver, her debut with Flying Eye Books is a visual dive into her underwater adventures.
