CapShield Maxx Skin Supplement for Extended Flea Protection. Combination of Nitinpyram and Lufenuron. Lufenuron is a growth inhibitor (IGR) that will stay in the blood stream about 30 days. Any new fleas that get on the cat after the first day and take a blood feed will not fully reproduce.
Directions: Single dose can be given once monthly as needed, or monthly for continued supplementation/protection. Give as a treat or crush and spread over food. For best results, should be given with a meal.
