In 1992, when smartphones and social media were still science fiction, Elvira Totterheels and Brenda, her very very bestest friend, set off for Gran Canaria to escape the winter. Join them and the outrageous crowd of international jessies they encounter in the gay arena of Playa del Ingles.
This book very soon became a "must-read" for German gays, and has been wonderfully adapted for English readers by Ashley Lancaster.
