Dr Jack Mosley is the son of Michael Mosley, pioneer of the hugely popular 5:2 diet. Jack studied medicine at Newcastle University and completed a Master of Research with Professor Roy Taylor, whose remarkable work proved the transformative effect of diet on type 2 diabetes. He's spent several years working as a doctor in emergency medicine in the UK and Australia, and now works as a GP registrar.
