Unwillingly and unknowingly, and much to our regret, our parents, grandparents, and ancestors have bequeathed us unresolved grief, unhealed traumas, and all sorts of secrets. However, what is hidden sometimes finds expression in the body through somatization. The body of the child, grandchild, or even great-grandchild, regardless of their age, then becomes the language of the wounded ancestor. Therefore, it is necessary--to finally free oneself from that burden--to decode and heal the wounds that never closed.
