Mentoring with Confidence is a workbook designed to challenge and highlight the necessity of mentoring in the workplace. Through her own personal journey as a mentee and ultimately mentor, Sonji K. Grandy takes a hands-on approach to helping people identify their need for a mentor, what mentorship looks like, and the benefits of having solid mentors in your life. Through the exercises and questions presented, you are guaranteed to be enlightened and possibly provoked to find a mentor or begin to mentor.
