Ingredients
2lbs stew beef 1lb smoked fish Ā½ tsp salt 1 cube Knorr chicken bouillon Ā½ -Ā¾ cup palm oil 5 cups water 1 package Albasa Ogbono Soup Mix
Instruction
Add beef, salt, bouillon, and 1 cups of water to a medium pot.Ā
Cook on medium heat till water is almost dried.
Remove meat and set aside.
Add remaining water and oil and bring to a boil.
Quickly stir in Ogbono mix and meat.
Cook uncovered on medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
