A carefully kept plant journal is your best reference in gardening. It will tell you what season specific plants grow best, what months to harvest and what plant you should grow next if you're doing crop rotation. In addition, your journal will give you some clues if you're growing a new variety for the first time. Keeping a plant journal makes gardening easy.
