This collection spans experiences of loss and longing, desire and admiration, rage and regret, politics, pleasure, and play, and places where my spirit has found homes. These pieces contain my many attempts to capture the visceral, palpable experience of a moment, with a deep understanding that this is not truly possible, everything is fleeting, and my ways of seeing and being may all be turned on their head tomorrow. Still, there is much joy in the trying! May you feel something of yourself in these pages; may you make space to create freely on this adventure.
