An idealist's coming of age tale, set among crows. There are predators, rascals, power grabs, and betrayals-charmers, peacemakers, mentors, and villains. Politics and strategy enter into the play, and there's a delightful mystery solved towards the end.
If you've ever watched crows or worked in business, this book is for you. And if you haven't, well, this book is for you, too! Thirteen years and up will especially enjoy it. There is a strong female character in the key role as she embraces a new colony of crows and learns about their ways. It has sixteen illustrations to help envision the story and players.
