by H. P. Lovecraft (Author)
Some legacies are a curse. Some ancestors never truly die.
When the protagonist moves back into the sprawling, ancient, and eccentrically-built Peabody ancestral home, he intends to restore the house to its former glory. But the house is not merely old; it is a monument to generations of dark secrets, complete with strange, unaccounted-for spaces, hidden rooms, and a private, unsettling family crypt.
His project quickly descends into a personal horror as he discovers the sinister truth about his lineage. The local townspeople eye him with dread, knowing the name Peabody is synonymous with witchcraft and the terrifying history of missing children.
The Peabody Heritage is a chilling tale of ancestral horror and possession, demonstrating that some family secrets cannot be buried, and some evils are carried in the very blood and bone of a cursed lineage.
