Palmer is a precocious penguin living at the North Pole with his friend, Rodney. Palmer enjoys flying above the snow covered landscape to the dismay of the adults. Rodney's father is one of eight reindeer responsible for delivering gifts to children throughout the world. Rodney helps Palmer find the meaning of giving and the power of a single act.
