This book is a practice routine that incorporates most of the techniques and skills that appear in piano literature (scales, arpeggios, chords, inversions, etc). Spanning the entire keyboard and every key signature (Major, Minor, and Enharmonics), this routine lasts approximately 5 minutes in each key. It is an excellent calibration tool and dexterity trainer.
