This Is Not The End is the debut poetry collection of 2025-26 Nebraska Youth Poet Laureate Victoria Bogatz, published through the Nebraska Writers Collective Press. Addressing themes such as climate anxiety, fierce friendship, and the bittersweetness of leaving home, This Is Not The End captures an apocalyptic coming-of-age experience.
The collection features award-winning works such as "How To Unburn The World" and "To Word Counts," as well as brand-new selections. This Is Not The End encompasses a journey from hopeless anger to eventual empowerment, with Bogatz's voice shining through in each piece.
