Tommy the Cat follows the story of Tommy, a curious cat who lives outside a cheerful yellow house. At first, life outdoors seems uncertain, but everything changes when he meets the kind girl who lives inside. She feeds him, gives him a warm, comfortable bed, and shows him gentle affection. Tommy soon discovers that the world outside isn't scary at all--it's wonderful, especially because of the friendship he finds with the girl who cares for him.
