Nearly three months after the events of Raptoriva, Ninan, Qora, and Sakay must travel aboard the grand ship Velosaura on a goodwill tour hosted by Paqari, a princess of Tisqu. Ninan and Qora must navigate the sea, political tensions, and their forbidden feelings as they work together to covertly scour the many islands and gather evidence that Qhapaq Apo is planning something sinister that will affect the entire continent.
