When his parents separate, twelve-year-old Nick is sent to live in Surrey with a grandfather he barely knows-a man quietly battling cancer and carrying stories Nick has never heard before.
As Nick adjusts to a new school, new pressures, and the weight of a fractured family, his grandfather introduces him to the history and heart of the Sikh traditions-lessons Nick was never taught growing up.
Slowly, Nick steps into the name he was born with: Nanak.
Warrior of Peace is an ode to Sikh heritage and a story about family, belonging, and the timeless values that shape who we become.
